Heroes Unite

Online-Community-Projekt mit wechselnden Autoren und Zeichern, das dritte Kapitel "EGO" läuft unter meiner Regie (Updates seit Oktober 2008, voraussichtlich bis Anfang Januar 2009). Hier zu lesen. (Siehe auch den vorherigen Eintrag in diesem Blog.)

Info: smackjeeves und drunkduck sind (meines Wissens) die zwei größten/populärsten Webcomic-Server und ich hatte das Glück, 2007 und 2008 wiederholt dort "gefeatured" zu werden (sprich: die Administratoren haben meine Comics eine Zeitlang auf der Startseite angepriesen).

Heroes Unite: EGO, the third chapter in a community project at drunkduck.com (originally created by Luke Barker aka Nepath), is written and coordinated by Yours Truly and will begin shortly. It's my first stab at writing a superhero team-up book, and I'm pretty hyped about it. We've got some great guest artists lined up... but it's all hush-hush at this point. What I can tell you is that I am going to supply full-color artwork on 4 interior pages, the cover and a slew of promotional artwork.

I am what you can call a founding member of this project; Nepath approached me with this idea in late 2007 and asked me if I would like to supply artwork and a character on the first chapter. I created Bombshell explicitly for this purpose, and delivered 6 full-color pages. None of my characters were involved in chapter 2, but I supplied lineart for 4 pages, colored by the great Maciej "Fitz" Ficner.

Academic Career:

Graduated from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (Munich) in early 2008, with a major in Philosophy and minors in Psychology and Sociology. Currently pursuing a PhD.

Comics & Artwork:

A.D 1997 Vol. 1 released in 2008, collecting six episodes (22 pages each) of an ongoing comic book series in the works since 2001 (also published as a webcomic).
